Visualization is a very hot topic these days.
Part of the reason that visualization is so popular is because there is a lot of anecdotal evidence that by use of visualization, we can improve in confidence and performance.
For example, visualization is often used to help elite athletes improve their performance. Although athletics involves a lot of physical training, in many cases, the barriers to improved performance are actually mental, and not physical.

One source of immeasurable misery in relationships is thinking that the past will repeat itself. Sorry People have changed, life is different, and nothing is the same today as it was yesterday.
WARNING! Listen to The Drunk Monkey in your head. Mine says Matthew Ferry, you are insane! There are many things the same today as yesterday you noodle head!
Look again. Everything is slowly changing, eroding, degrading, evolving, emerging and transforming. Especially people.
Yet The Drunk Monkey (your mental chatter) takes a snap shot of today and then carries it forward into tomorrow. Really bad idea. Especially with people.

10mins a day and you could change your life
BIG GOAL —- little goal
Consider this – the last goal you achieved " were you desperate or did you really desire it.
Most people set goals that are so huge they give up before things come to fruition. Is there something you wished to achieve but havent? What happened?
Now this thing doesnt even have to be a huge dream, it could be something really simple. The thing is " simple or huge is different for all of us. My simple could be your huge " or vice versa.

Some job descriptions read like an operation manual because of their length and the amount of details contained therein. While such a manual should be part of what an employee should have access to, a job description is different. An operational manual is a set of agreed procedures that will be followed in the execution of a task while a job description on the other hand should refer to the manual itself. A job description should not include all the small details of the job.
